12 Oaks Events is a venue that brings a modern twist to the classic Southern style! Nestled amidst one of the most beloved golf courses near Raleigh, this space offers lush lawns, sunny patios, and an upscale farmhouse you can utilize throughout different parts of your day. The venue can effortlessly accommodate both indoor and outdoor affairs, and they can work with you to create a customized wedding package that will take care of every portion of your day. From the venue design to the menu, their team will be there through it all! 12 Oaks is able to accommodate up to 250 guests.
Mims House
100 Avent Ferry Road, Holly Springs, North Carolina 27540
Mims House reaches back through the pages of history to bring you a venue full of Southern charm! The manor was built in 1840 and has been lovingly maintained for nearly two centuries. Many couples choose to get married beneath the portico at the front of the house as their guests watch from the tree-shaded lawn. With this option, you are going to get a truly classic Carolina backdrop! Then, once it’s time for your reception, you can feast in the garden or head inside for a dinner party in the historic ballroom. This venue is able to accommodate 200 guests, and they have all-inclusive options through their sister company, Mad Dash Weddings.
The Bradford

The Bradford might be one of the newer venues around, but it was built to stand the test of time! Finished in 2014, this venue draws inspiration from historic French villas. They did such a good job with the construction that most guests think the venue dates back centuries rather than a short decade.
With a lovingly landscaped exterior and a lush courtyard, this venue remains one of my favorites when it comes to romantic garden parties. Throughout your wedding day, you will have 16 private acres available for use. They offer an in-house planning team that will help you design the venue and find the vendors for your celebration.
