A: Most traditional weddings need "full-day coverage" or eight (8) hour to comfortably cover all main aspects of a wedding day from hair & makeup to the grand sparkler exit. Or roughly from 2 - 10pm. Some need a little more, and others a little less.  If your wedding ceremony and reception are in two different locations, your wedding day will require a lot of commuting between events, have a large family, or a large wedding party, more coverage might be needed to adequately cover your wedding day appropriately. We will discuss the specifics of your wedding to understand what is best for your wedding day. 

A: The number of photos delivered from your wedding day can vary based on different timelines, locations, activities, and so on, but on average you will receive 50+ edited photos per hour booked. I usually shoot thousands as I tend to be an over-shooter, and then go through and pick out the very best to edit for a final gorgeous gallery.

A: Sneak peeks will be delivered within one week from your wedding day. The completed digital gallery will be delivered within 4x weeks of your wedding date to your email. You will have full access to download all photos in high-resolution (best for printing) and web size (for social media). You will have full print rights to use the images as you choose.

If a signature wedding album was chosen as a part of your wedding package, it will be delivered to you 2x weeks after the final design.

A:  That depends on you and your needs. I personally recommend them for three simple reasons:

1. First and foremost, you are entering a new chapter of your life. This chapter is worth celebrating!
2. I do understand that being in front of a camera can feel intimidating, and therefore engagement sessions are a great way to work out some nerves before your wedding day. All engagement sessions come complete with an engagement guide that answers all questions regarding recommended locations for sessions, timing, what to wear, and posing.
3. Engagement sessions are great for save-the-dates, invitations, website registries, guest books, framed prints, and of course, for the Gram.

Engagement sessions that are bundled with wedding packages are discounted 50% off.

A: This is one of the most common questions I get, if not the number one. It is normal to feel as if you need experience beforehand, but I don't expect you to be a professional model. This question is the reason why I believe engagement sessions are so valuable to work out some nerves.

Well before your wedding day, we will discuss the process, what to expect, and about posing. During your wedding day, I will give you easy instructions asking you to move and interact in ways that capture candid moments in a flattering style, and I also sprinkle in traditional poses for more "fireplace" photos. Throughout your wedding day, I will give prompts and directions that include movements, words, and feelings that organically blend with your wedding day. A camera will not be in your face all day and photography will blend in with the natural flow of your wedding day.

A: Totally! But I want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. If a wedding album is selected in your wedding package, you will pick your favorite 50-75 to outline in your wedding album, which we will go over together. 

All of your photos (wedding, engagement, and bridal) will complete with an online print shop where you have the ability to order exactly what you want.

A: Companion albums are duplicate versions of your signature wedding album. They can be great gift ideas for family members during the holidays, anniversaries, or just because.

A: Yes, I do! Traditional payments are 50% due at the time of booking (within a week) and the final 50% is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. But, if you wanted to do the payment plan, I can stretch it into equal 1/3's or 1/4's if that works best for you. Just let me know what you prefer, and I will make it happen. 

A: I will travel ANYWHERE for your love story!! From Italy in the summer, to Iceland to see the Northern lights, to Napa Valley for wine country. You name it, and I am ready for the adventure for your wedding day! Reach out for a custom quote for your destination wedding.

In the super unlikely event that I am too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency, I have a list of colleagues that we can call on to replace me who have similar styles of photography & editing. That said, I have never missed a wedding. You're in good hands. I promise.

A: Yes I do. Micro-wedding and elopement coverage begins at two hours of coverage, within a 90-minute radius from Raleigh, and must be on a non-Saturday.  Packages begin at $2,ooo.

Micro-wedding and elopement coverage cannot be used towards a traditional wedding day. 

A: As soon as you are able, I highly recommend you book with me ASAP after you are engaged. I don't mean this to be any pressure, but peak dates (August - November) can book 8-12 months in advance. Dates are held on a first come first serve basis. I am currently booking weddings for 2024 - 2026.

A: Love that question the most! To book me for your wedding day, please inquire with your desired wedding collection and any questions you may have. After we have discussed the specifics of your wedding, in order to move forward, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer is required. to reserve your wedding date.
