I met Sophia and Weston on a warm spring morning as Sophia was finishing her makeup. Located in the bridal suite on the second floor, a team of wedding professionals surrounded her on this stunning day. In the midst of the commotion of the morning, the creaking of the original hardwood floors echoed below us. As Sophia completed her makeup and stepped into her dress, her eyes sparkled next to the shimmering chandeliers in the room. After final touches, we took advantage of several bridal portraits in the glowing light on the balcony. Next, we made our way around several picturesque areas around the property, including Leslie Alford Mims House’s iconic wrap around porch. As the sun shifted in the early spring sky, we ended our afternoon with champagne & cake to celebrate wedding season. Without a doubt, it was an event of the season.
