Blossoming Wedding Inspiration at Haven Farm in Knightdale
Haven Farm is a gorgeous family-owned white-washed modern barn wedding venue tucked away from Raleigh’s busy city. Located in the countryside of Knightdale, Haven Farm is nestled on 40 acres surrounded by meadows, forests, and blissful gardens. It is the perfect quant setting for couples looking to get out of the city, and into the calm countryside.
Earlier this spring, Heart of NC Weddings Magazine joined Haven Farm for an exclusive wedding event with their wedding vendors. As a featured vendor with Heart of NC Weddings Magazine, it was an honor to be a part of this exclusive event.
Spring Inspiration with Heart of NC Weddings Magazine
Upon arriving at the venue, adorable horses and donkeys eagerly met me by greeting me at the fence. Off in the distance was a massive white barn with open double sliding doors that allowed the gentle spring breeze in. Inside the venue, tables lined with sweet-smelling pink, orange, and yellow roses from Heritage Florals. The barn was full of natural light along every side, but warm candlelight added a special glow that felt like no other across reception tables. Vintage dishes and custom stationery created memorable decor and keepsakes for couples looking to elevate their wedding details.
After exploring the grounds, I spent time with Caitlyn for her bridal portraits around the property. A stunning aisle made of vibrant green trees lined the front walkway into the barn and I knew we couldn’t miss this spot for her session. Before parting ways with her first look of the afternoon, we took a few portraits inside the all-white barn.
Elevated Details
Later in the afternoon, Caitlyn changed into a second wedding gown that was graciously provided by Be Everthine Bridal. Her veil glowed and sparkled in the sun as the light danced off it overhead. Next, we moved to a second location on the backside venue that provided a calm forest backdrop. The sound of summer started to surround us as the forest began to hum with crickets.
