My entire being centers around my children aka my two sweet yorkies. Baya Jo is is the Queen B of the family, cannot get enough of being outside in the sun, and is the best lap companion. Kynser Jo is a feisty Tri-Pawd that loves to run the beaches of Wilmington and is a secret lover of belly rubs. They travel with us no matter where we go and are the inspirations behind the "Jo" within JoLynn.

I love visiting new places that set your soul on fire, makes you feel small, expands your horizons, and changes your life. I have traveled internationally to Spain, England, Morocco, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, and Mexico. My bucket list travel locations are Patagonia, Iceland, and Egypt.

I began CrossFit in 2018 and I love every second of it. The community of friends I have gained has been more valuable than the weight I have been able to move. But for the record, I can deadlift 300 lbs :)
